In aassignment of Limelights and the Rabobonden (an association of trade unions for the employees of the Rabobank) we developed a podcast series and matching campaign. The aim of the campaign was to create awareness of the employee's position and make them think actively about their career.
Brief: Make Rabobank employees aware of the fact that their job at the bank is not so secure as it used to be.
Idea: “Het Alternative” (The Alternative); a podcast series depicting (former) Rabobank employees who tell us what happened after they left the bank and started a new career.
